The trainings structure at LURIA

The aim of training
The aim of the foundation education is to let the students adjust at the principles and understandings of Kabbalah and to give them the possibility to practice the Kabbalah in his/her live. By training the student will be helped in the development of his corrected life in spirituality.

First principals:
Divided over four levels the foundation Kabbalistic will provide the aim of training, with the accent at the subject "spiritual work". The student will receive a structural lesson that gives him/her the capability to practice independently the first principals of the Kabbalah in his/her life and to inform others on a sequent base about the Kabbalah. There are three fields of study:
1) Teacher in Lurian Kabbalah (code TLK)
2) Scientific study Lurian Kabbalah (SLK)
3) Scientific study in LK with the discipline 'Spiritual work' and/or 'Structure of the Universe' (SSLK-SW - SSLK-SU)

Final study TLK

  1. The student makes a short thesis about a subject considering the spiritual work and structure of the Ten Sephirot. He is free to choose a theme after some consultation with the tutor.
  2. The student gives a short commentary on the spiritual progresses he experiences.

Final attainment level
When the student has reached the preliminary level, the student knows the headlines of the Kabbalah. He is well known with the preliminary terms of the Kabbalah and can give them a place in his daily life. When he has passed the tests he receives certificate 1 that gives him the admission to the next level of the study for the certificates 2 - 4. (For example)

Study SLK
This discipline requires the foundation study of TLK surplus the scientific education in Lurianica and neo-Lurianica. For the moment it is too premature to go deeper in this subject. But the study will be extraordinary challenging and interesting, particular for them who have a scientific interest. .

Ad 1       Profile of a Tutor

  • A tutor is somebody who by heart is willing to take responsibility for a local workgroup;
  • A tutor is somebody whose spiritual level as well as his knowledge and understanding of the path and light of Kabbalah is higher then the teachings of the foundation education;
  • A tutor is able to guide a local workgroup to deeper insights and more knowledge of Kabbalah en her applications;
  • A tutor is able to guide the participants of a local workgroup to deeper insights and applications of the path of Kabbalah in their lives, and to experience the light of Kabbalah;
  • A tutor has knowledge and insight regarding the group-processes which develop in a workgroup. He knows about and has the skills of conversation and her techniques;
  • A tutor is able to give efficient instructions to the participants in order to spread the Kabbalah by starting a new workgroup;
  • A tutor's priority in life is his desires to study and practice the Kabbalah, hence he is willing to serve as a model;
  • A tutor is a member of the Tutor society. There he frequently receives teachings on tutoring, as well as getting sustenance as a tutor.

Ad 2       Basic requirements for the training "Tutor in Kabbalistic".
              This training is directed towards the next values for a student:

  • Broadening and deepening of the knowledge and the practice of the Kabbalah with the final terms as starting point of the basic training
  • Broadening and deepening of the empathic abilities by way of virtual interaction with the participants and the exchange of experiences
  • To acquire knowledge and insight about how to lead a group in general and at a workgroup in the Kabbalah in particular
  • To acquire knowledge, insight and skills considering the process within a group in general and in social with the Kabbalah in particular
  • To acquire knowledge and insight in didactics, methodology and skills considering preparation of the lessons and the evaluation
  • To acquire knowledge and insight in starting a new workgroup and the support of the individual participants within the group

Ad 3       Final terms for the training of "Tutor in Kabbalistic"
              When the Tutor has passed the study he/she has the
              next knowledge, insights and skills:

  • A profound knowledge of the basic principles of the Kabbalah and the practiced side of the Kabbalah so he is capable to teach others
  • A good insight in de developing of group and individual processes in general and in the process of the spiritual grow with the Kabbalah in particular
  • Enough knowledge and insight in didactics, methodology, lesson preparations and evaluation considering the training of Kabbalah within groups
  • Enough spiritual and empathic capacity and skills necessarily to fulfill a good and effective tutorship
  • A profound knowledge of the basic principles of the spiritual work
  • Broad insights in his personal grow considering his own ego structure, important for to be an example

  • A thorough study of Kabbalah considering the assignment at others
  • A thorough study of the Torah considering the laws of the Universe
  • A thoroughly study of didactics, methodology, lesson preparation and evaluation
  • Well enough knowledge of conversation technique

  • A thorough study of the Steps of the Spiritual Ladder considering the assignment at others
